Slow service, picking up and dropping off the car takes more than half and hour. You have to pay $9 extra per day on some insurance or they won't rent you. Go to www.save70.com for better rates.

We stood in line for 3 hrs to get a car. They had 1 person at the front and 1 person washing cars. It's super packed and under staffed. They Charge a $250 deposit. Car was raggedy

Terrible service. Had to wait hour and a half to get my car, and the phone number they provide is either always busy or rings and rings and no answer

Rude customer service and dishonest people. Asked the customer rep to clearly explain in detail what is being charged but she dodged the questions.

Lazy, incompetent, nasty morons. Didn't give me the car full, but demanded I return it that way. The lowest cost is not worth the hassle of this operation.
