Fantastic tour of their production facility. If you understand English definitely go with the English guide. It’s like having a private tour while the slow moving Spanish tour has 50+ people.

Nice small distillery to tour (smaller than Cuervo/Sanza) Showed up in the early afternoon and it was no problem to take a 30 min tour (very reasonable price!)
I recommend dinner @ 9:30 they have tippical folklore dance and Mariachi :)
