- The 11 am Saturdsy aerobigs class is great; and for a good circuit weight workout try Charlie Biggs Tuesday night.
- Best tip if you're looking to do cardio or lift. Get in before heavy traffic times! Usually around 6 is when the place gets packed!
- From a usability perspective this place isn't optimal. The layout is very confusing and the equipment is quite dated. Equipment is quite worn down. On the flip side, they don't charge a lot.
- Miguel LopezFebruary 8, 2017Weird layout and old equipment. Most of what you need is there, you just have to hunt for it.
- The smaller weight room on the top level is a great hide-away spot to lift undisturbed.
- Very big place but it's a maze inside. Treadmills are old and need upgrading. Weight and HIIT classes are pretty good.
- Tae Bo Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays is the way to go...and spin xpress tuesday and Thursday is a high impact cardio in only a half hour!!!
- Anyone that goes to 12th St Gym needs to take Midge- 7:30 Street Sculpt Class. It's KILLER!

- Express Abs class every Saturday at noon with Sean is great. Impactful but never energy-draining.
- Tae Bo class is the best workout in the neighborhood...Monday and Wednesday evenings and Saturday mornings!
- Daria rocks out butt and abs classes 6:30 - 7:30 Monday and Wednesday!
