As far as gyms go, this isn't your typical place. Its a warm, friendly environment to work out at, whether you are a size 2 or a size 22. No egos here, just people getting in shape, getting healthier,
This is where met my fam every week we all push and encourage each other to do better always!! I love my 911 crossfit fam!- Don't come in late if you don't want to do extra burpees and make your class not like you! LOL
Bootcamp is Great!! Everybody feels good when they leave!!! Tired, maybe sore, but good!!!
