- The airport has got bigger during the past few years. There are many clothing and souvenir shops inside, and also a nice food area. The wait for the security control can be quite long.Upvoted Sep 22

- Mariusz M.September 21, 2014::: your smartphone or lapton run out of power, you desperatly need power socket - go asap to espressamente cafe - opposite you find THE ONLY ONE working socket you can plug in!
- Very efficient and a great way to enter Italy from Europe via low cost airlines. Make sure to visit Bergamo's old City, Città Alta, before heading for Milan, Florence, or Venice!

- Nikita KvashukFebruary 19, 2022The road to the gates takes much time, but the airport itself is clean and comfortable. Buses to the center are cheaper (#1) and then take a train to Milan (cheaper, than taking direct bus).
- If you are going for Gate B, after you pass the controls and go upstairs. Take the shop Legami to pass the otherside and you directly end up in front of Gate B, saving your precious time.

- Leonid TalalaevAugust 11, 2016If you want skip all queues - go through the vip lounge. It provides baggage check in service and access to the fast track. Access costs 22 eur, or free with priority pass card.

- If you are a diners club or priority pass cardholder go to the vip lounge next to the security and skip the queue after havin relaxed and enjoyed drinks and newspapers. Super friendly staff!
- eDreamsMarch 29, 2012The best way to get to Milan city center is with the Orioshuttle. The trip is 50 minutes long and costs € 10 one way. You can buy the ticket at the bus stop in front of the airport.
- Nice and clean place to spend time you are waiting for flight. Wi-Fi works very good and you can use massage chair for few €.

- New terravision bus service leaves you at cologno monzese.. Far far away from milano city centre.. But if you are curious about mr. Berlusconi tv studios (mediaset) is the right choice ;-)

- Martin SchmidtJanuary 10, 2018Sadly all investment over last 10 years went to opening more shops and making walks longer. chaotic & slow security control, no sockets in the whole airport (for money, no laptops)
- Small airport but quite efficient, get out to Milano only for €5 by bus. Rental car offices are outside the terminals, look for the shuttle buses.

- Be aware that the Departure area closes during the late night so eventually go to the Arrival's one (arent Airport supposed to be 24/7 FTW!?) :P

- Grazyna OApril 2It's ok, great value for money. There are a few shops after security. It's quite a walk to the big shopping mall on the other side of the street if you're waiting for a long time, but doable.
- Malpensa Shuttle (buses to/from Milan) provides free Internet. You just need to go to the "arrivals" and find these buses. They depart each 30 minutes or so.
- AshleyNovember 1, 2014It's the small airport right outside Milan so you need to take a bus to the city which is just 5 euros. But since it's so small, it's very busy and crowded.
