- Rodwell BraddickApril 17, 2012On your way out, use the immigration line to your right (if you're standing towards the staircase) that one usually move faster.
- José NettoSeptember 23, 2012Free wireless if you log on to Tocumenfree. Tons of stores, tons of crap. One bookstore in sight but no newspapers. From anywhere.
- The Copa Club is looking great! They just need tu update the amenities.
- LexiFebruary 12, 2023The fact that you have to go through mandatory security again at the gate. Had to throw away any liquid I purchased at duty-free
- Nicolas RamirezMarch 3, 2018Overcrowded, expensive shopping (no real benefit on Duty free), and just one VIP lounge (and overcrowded) from Copa.
- Kris ParrishMay 25, 2013Very good duty free shopping. They do not sell souvenirs here though. Only duty free and electronics.
- A BApril 24, 2014For clueless people who do not eget the free wifi, you must log via web into the homepage and sign-in with your email address.
- The most picturesque landing I know when the plane slowly pulls down by the Panama Canal & passes the ever-growing skyline :)
- Saulo PassosMay 11, 2011Excelente option for free wifi. Try to stay closer to the Copa VIP lounge, where you could get the connection a bit stronger
- Really big with one of the biggest duty free in the world
- Ivonne A.March 13, 2016Once you give the first step into Tocumen you're graced with frowned faces and indifference. Horrible. I wouldn't recommend staying there much longer than you need.
- Ryan GrassleyOctober 28, 2012You're going to go through security. Then before you get on the plane you are going to have you carry on searched, your shoes taken off, and get patted down again. Be cool and get it over with.
- Renz PeeSeptember 24, 2017Another thing, there's no real free wifi in the airport. In 2017. It took my aunt 2 hours to clear customs and there's no way for u to know where your relative is and employees def won't assist
- Yan2November 26, 2014Free wifi for 2 hours. SIM card with data can be purchased from vending machine. Tourist card to Cuba from Copa check in counter.
- Michael VolosenMarch 8, 2014officially, my least favorite airport. They have you go through security AGAIN at the gate, and have all the same rules... Even if you buy food and water IN THE FREAKING AIRPORT.
- Fernando CovasSeptember 30, 2018Convenient due to its small size and easy connections, but it needs some remodeling (the stores look like they're from the 80s), and the food options are terrible.
- Jacquie SandbergMarch 29, 2014Flying to NYC? Get to your gate early - you have to go through security again at the gate. And remove your shoes and electronic devices.
- Roberto SerranoOctober 15, 2017This airport is a great spot, just at the middle of the north and south.. restaurants too expensive ...
- Duty free is sucky...check Internet free provided by Government....bathrooms not the best either .....
- Gabriel GainoNovember 20, 2017You can only smoke if you walk out of the terminal towards the highway. Absolute disregard.
- Nas BenaliNovember 4, 2014Save time by checking in online. There are lines for those with web check-in.
- Gabriel HayesFebruary 14, 2016Lot's of shopping options. Gives you something to do to kill a layover.
- Pedro SalomaoAugust 24, 2012Free wifi! Unfortunately its too unstable. Best spot: between gates 21-22. Comfy airport, lacking more eating options though.
- Freddy VanegasNovember 10, 2015The airport is nice and there is free Wi-Fi. It is a shame the Internet connection is slow and fails frequently.
- It's undergoing a major expansion and will be world class when finished
- Easy place to get lost! Te prices are not as good as everybody says! Stop looking for immigration! " mi país es su país"
- Diego Ballesteros VillamizarJanuary 19, 2015Good electronic stores, horrible bathroom facilities. Internet is a challenge and works sporadically.
- There should be more directions and better access to the 3rd floor (Food Court and VIPs)
- WiFi sucks most of the time. The only two american chain food places are Dunkin Donuts and Subway. Duty free is quiet cheap, specially on alcohol and cigarettes.
- razz cortes-macedaOctober 19, 2010Get the VIP service. They greet you at the gate, expediite customs, pick up your bags and bring them to you while you wait in the VIP lounge
- Really bad WiFi, plus the free Wi-Fi is only for 30 mins. The food and coffee are highly overpriced too.
- Chris FontenotOctober 18, 2011There is a food court on the second floor near the middle of the airport. The escalator, stairs, and elevator are all near gates 22-23.
- Ezequiel GleichgerrchtJanuary 8, 2014Duty free not worth it at all. Prices are the same everywhere in the airport so don't bother asking around for the same product. Wifi unreliable in some parts, but still free
- Edward BohanMarch 25, 2010There is a lot of duty free shopping but not a single place to buy a book or magazine (in any language). Only places to eat are Subway and an pricey cafeteria. be prepared if you have a long layover
- The x-ray control line is very slow because they normally use just one machine so be aware and arrive on time!
- 99% of the time, your bag will not arrive on the carrousel listed on screens, so look around and ask.
- Cait WeingartnerApril 24, 2017Terrible airport! Don't waste your money buying any beverages as you'll have to throw them away at the gate security screening. Be prepared to have your baggage rifled through with complete disregard.
- The shopping is good and it’s tax exempt! All the right labels 🤩
- Gabriel HayesFebruary 14, 2016Use TocumenFree for free WiFi. Not the strongest network ever, but you can make it work.
- Forest FDecember 29, 2012High end stores everywhere.. Like if you forgot your Rolex or need some $200 leather shoes, or even an iPad. Couldn't find much to eat though, they forgot the restaurants.
