It's a Marriott not a Fairfield! You will pay for Internet in most full service hotels! Worth the 12.95
Internet did not work my entire business trip also ran out of concierge rooms even though I booked on advanced

No free wi-fi anywhere, not even on the lobby or on the computers in the business office.

Although Internet is not free the staff at this Marriott is extremely friendly the customer service is excellent!
