- Hugh McKinneyOctober 30, 2014I got the special which was Blackfish with Lobster Risotto finished with saffron butter. Delicious!!
- KellyOctober 30, 2014The lamb shank is fall-off-the-bone melt-in-your-mouth delicious! And such a HUGE portion size! Substituting in lobster mash is an extra $4, but completely worth it!
- Tammy BlueApril 11, 2015Amazing place. Strong cocktails, the swordfish skewers with lobster and spinach risotto was beyond amazing. And there's Boston sports on at the bar. Nothing better.
- Food is amazing here, no matter what you get but when I tried lobster mashed potatoes, I think my heart skipped a beat. I've never eaten mashed potatoes that were that wicked good!
- Alicia Rivers-ZinkJune 27, 2014Ask for the Gluten Free Menu! What a wonderful selection of items. Wonderful service, delicious meal, lovely atmosphere! Swordfish could have been a bit thicker, but delish in taste!
- Laura MacDougallAugust 22, 2013Gorgeous place w outdoor seating. Food was well done, hot and a great selection. Fully enjoyed our dinner but the prices will keep this in the special occasion category.
- Karrie GreeneSeptember 25, 2013Loved the outdoor fire pit! Beautiful interior. Carrie the Manager so knowledgeable about the wine selection! Me with Chef Paul
- KellyOctober 30, 2014Come just after opening. It's pretty much deserted and you get seated right away. Also, the beet salad with goat's cheese is amazing!
- Jeffrey PettengillFebruary 1, 2014Try the Spicy Chocolate Cake - This is incredible. It's nice and sweet and moist with just the right amount of heat coming through without being overbearing.
- JessieJune 16, 2012Wood-grilled calamari (with arugula, capers, sun-dried tomatoes) is perfection! Not to mention there's no beating the water view and fireplace on the outdoor patio...

- GoLacey GoOctober 26, 2014Lobster mash was so off the charts!!! Swordfish was tender and not too oily. Martinis flow and flow and flow
- Ryan WarnerAugust 30, 2013Delicious, definitely get the wood grilled steak. Unfortunate that the lobster tail was only half of one as well as a bit skimpy.
- Joan KellyJuly 3, 2013Great gluten free menu - ask for it! Love the GF pasta with sausage and Romano cheese.
- Sean FeeneyJanuary 1, 2013The duck is amazing! My wife (who isn't interested in game meats) likes it too!
- Jessica P.September 10, 2011Some great drinks available in half liters for pretty cheap! Try the sangria for only $14.
- The lobster mashed potato and banana cream pie are the best things to ever happen.
- Marina BarronJune 18, 2012If you haven't tried the lobster mashed potatoes then you're doing something wrong
- Carol WadsworthMarch 19, 2018Not one vegan option on the menu. Beautiful place, but small, pricey portions.
- Alex C.August 4, 2011Catch the commuter ferry from Boston and stop in for lunch, great day trip out of the city !!!
- Kevin BerginAugust 29, 2011The good is really good-the service that we had was below subpar. The cumin scented sweet potatoes were out of this world! I'd go again with hopes that the next server was better.
- I had no problem getting in for lunch, creme brule is yummy
- Steve L.August 29, 2015Disappointing... The food had no seasoning whatsoever. Seriously, bland meatloaf and bland tomato sauce?
- Gary ZAugust 15, 2010Don't come on sun afternoon, the olddddd crowd will suck the life outta ya. Sunday Funday? Not at Alma Nove :(
