Did get alcoholic compensation, so they did the right thing. Rooms are nice to Aloft standards.
Kristen MullMarch 17, 2013Rooms are nice. Bar is VERY expensive (6 for beer and 10 for mixed drinks Dont get a room facing courtyard - at night when people are out there you can hear EVERY word they say (even on 4th floor).

Philippe LefebvreDecember 18, 2014Literally spent the 2 worst nights of my life there. If you do get a room make sure you don't get one on the courtyard side. Don't expect any healthy food on the menu either.

JenniferSeptember 15, 2012Don't stay here. They charge to use Starwood points. If you HAVE to stay here don't stay in 101. No wifi, very little water pressure. Staff not into customer service.
Emily DangJune 29, 2011This place focused too much on appearances, which took away from the quality. It had too much of a dorm feel instead of that of a high-end hotel. There were stink bugs, ants, and flying cockroaches.
This place is a piece of crap. There are always problems and the staff is so nonchalant about the problems. Half the phones don't work there
