- Keith FalconeDecember 15, 2016WXYZ is the place to be! Thanks to the service from the Bartender Ginger. She has to be the sweetest person I have ever had the pleasure to meet. Definitely stop in to see her and have a drink.
- Nicole RovigJanuary 27, 2019Pet friendly with no extra charges. Friendly staff. Not the best maintained but decent. Excellent value!
- TheArtofBeerApril 25, 2013The aloft chain is my favorite business hotel. Great value with good basic necessities. Keep up the good work!
- Love this hotel...staff is nice and accommodating...price is right and my dogs love it too. Clean, green & convenient :)
- Mike GarrettAugust 14, 2014I can confirm prior guest's complaints about the wi-fi speed. It's so bad I ended up just using my mobile broadband 3G and getting faster speeds. Airport shuttle took 36 minutes too.
- RexOctober 25, 2017Standard Aloft, but the front desk staff has been rude on multiple occasions. The hotel (along w/ many of the BWI airport hotels) is close to the airport, so Uber/Lyft drivers don't want to take you.
- Michelle BarsookApril 29, 2014If Aloft was a person he would live in Silicon Valley, use the word "synergy" a lot, and never shut up about his new app startup.
- Asthetically awesome, friendly staff, great shuttle service. Not upscale by any means but for a cheap cost pretty good hotel
- Veena SusanOctober 8, 2010The staff is amazing! From the shuttle driver, to the front desk personnel, to the bartender... everyone was fantastic and made my trip a breeze.
- Rashi SidersJanuary 4, 2014Never heard of the Aloft before but if you dig chic modern design this place is for you. I love it.
- Free fast internet. Friendly service and pretty cool rooms at an affordable price. You can go wrong with the aloft
- Jeremy NevittMay 20, 2013SPG Platinum members get the choice of 250 starpoints or a drink at the bar AND a $10 food / beverage voucher daily.
- MarylandOctober 3, 2012Thanks for choosing to travel green! Aloft BWI Airport, a certified Maryland Green Travel partner, is an eco-friendly hotel.
- Chris PApril 12, 2016Hotel is nice and modern but the employees seem less than thrilled to be there. Had a nice bartender though. Good luck getting ride from BWI within 30 min
- A little beat up, rooms could be cleaner but I do love the Alofts!
- Danny AyersJune 3, 2011Perfect place for techies. They have everything pre-wired to stream internet video to the TV in the room from your laptop.
- d pennettMay 16, 2018Rooms. Parking. Pool. Social space. Food :( bartender if evening :( stay here for $ go next door to Hilton for food and good bar service
- Dewan TarekMarch 2, 2013There's a nice pay as you go food bar here that's sure to indulge every food palette
- Jeff BrittainJune 25, 2013If you plan on taking the shuttle from the airport, plan on :30 for it to arrive.
- Christina SneedMarch 26, 2012A lot more run down than the aloft I just left in TX. Stained carpet and sheets...no extra points for skipping refresh services...but you can't beat the price!
- Aner TorresDecember 11, 2011Jason is a Raven fan, however.....coming from a Giants Fan, I can not say more enough! Perso
- d pennettMay 16, 2018Room was ok. Ambiance was ok. Items from grocery store limited; food cold; bar tender doesn't know how to "tend" bar has gone downhill :( but pet friendly :)
- Aner TorresDecember 11, 2011Great place, just don't ask for towels. You will be waiting for a long time, just use toilet paper to dry yourself off. Might be messy but it works.
- The wifi is so bad, this could be a Hilton property. Any mobile phone newer than 2005 will be faster than this awful wifi.
- Kara MccormackDecember 29, 2012Trendy, but I don't enjoy finding hair on my bed sheets....didn't look like there was much cleaning happening ESP when there were crumbs on the seat and desk.....
- MArk SmithDecember 22, 2009Enjoy a really trendy cheap room at Aloft BWI Airport. Use the free Bliss Spa products in the rooms!
- Jason TJuly 17, 2013Terrible Internet access and shoddy construction make this a place I wouldn't come back to. Not having ingredients shown on the menu to make breakfast has me leaving this tip.
- EllenAugust 28, 2012Cheap, but not trendy. Sheets and quilts need a makeover, as does a/c unit which noisily blows on bed and cannot be shut off.
- Patti SharplessAugust 2, 2014This place is not the best place. No phone in the room, no alarm clock and no coffee available after 2 in the lobby. How are you expected to get up??
- Nancy PantsOctober 23, 2011Slowest elevators ever. At least they have fun squishy pads on the floor to entertain yourself with on the long ride.
- Amy MichaelSeptember 25, 2011It's IKEA on steroids. Just don't get a handicapped room unless you absolutely need it - the shower is a hot mess
- Jessica SpencerAugust 1, 2011Third shift staff was very rude. Nice hotel though with friendly shuttle drivers
- Destination BaltimoreMay 4, 2011$15 credit at your next stay
baltimorebwiairporthotels.com/freemeal.html - Jimmy BravoJune 19, 2013Terrible rooms, dirty shit stain towels, soap dispenser feel off the wall, no cover on remote. You would think your staying at hotel 6
- Len KamholzFebruary 14, 2019Old, dirty. Toilet lever faulty. Shower door didn’t close right. Employees were friendly though.
- Daniel CruzApril 21, 2012Worst beer/spirits selection ever. Blue Moon AND Shock Top on draught? Not one craft beer.. spirits suck also, what a joke
- Maggie PulidoOctober 14, 2014Las habitaciones pequeñas, pero cómodas y prácticas, no tienen restaurante, por lo que si llegas muy tarde, no encontrarás nada para cenar!
