- Andrea GourdSeptember 22, 2015The hotel was so modern I absolutely loved the set up of everything; the room, the lounge, the bar, it was all great. Wish we had stayed longer then just one night. Maybe next time near Christmas!
- Nick LoveladyJuly 2, 2013Really great location- Take advantage of the shuttle(complimentary) that will take you(and pick you up from) to LOTS of nearby eateries/shopping. Bar and pool are top notch as well.
- Foxxy BJanuary 29, 2018The thing about the relatively cheap modern look is that it becomes obvious when things could use even a minor amount of renovation. Otherwise, the pool & gym are a nice touch, & the rooms are big.
- JosephMarch 18, 2013Love the new age look of this place. The Wxyz bar is always rocking on the weekends. However the rooms lack a little n space for a family trip. Overall tho, I enjoyed my stay!
- HoniJune 20, 2013The room was clean very sufficient for business travel needs.. Free wifi that works the 5th floor is quiet ... My cell service works fine I'm with Verizon.. Great smelling lobby friendly staff
- Thomas L.October 28, 2016Comfortable bed and cool vibes in this hotel, and right in the middle of what Ballantyne has to offer.
- Jennifer BrookshireFebruary 26, 2013Great complimentary goodies for the fur babies!! Long hallways to play fetch! Love it❤❤
- Julie Karen JacksonFebruary 10, 2014Pass on maid service and earn a $5.00 coupon to spend in the hotel snack shop or kitchen. Or you can turn it in for points toward your next stay.
- I've never had a more lumpy comforter. But there are worse things in life. Love the staff, which makes up for the lumpiness.
- I see tht someone has said no mobile service in building.. I had no problem with TMobile.. I am having a really good experience!
- Jim HassertJune 10, 2010Get two keys. This hotel requires a key in the room's main light switch to keep the lights on. It's an admirable attempt at saving electricity. The problem occurs when you forget to take your key out
- There are no ice machines on the floors. Pick up your ice from the freezer near the front desk before going up.
- Brian WehnemanJuly 31, 2011Management is quick to take action on room noise, with few (if any) warnings.
- Jeff's tip defeats the purpose of having a key in the room to save energy.
