The State St special is a fantastic sandwich, and since the large will last two meals, the price is definitely worth it.

Christian MillerMarch 15, 2010Think of what you want to order before you arrive. The place gets busy during lunchtime but it's very fast paced and it's easy to get overwhelmed.
Can't decide? You can't go wrong with the Chicken Salad, the hands-down BEST in the city.
If you don't like to be rushed and don't like loud noises, you may want stay away. But the sandwiches are SO GOOD!!
Went away for a year and a half, never forgot Al's chicken salad!

Awesome sandwiches - go for the small though. The large should be called huge.
Only place where ten dollars buys you lunch AND dinner with a bag of chips and soda.
Have exact change ready and be ready to order. It will make your life easier!
