@JaumePrimeroNovember 27, 2011For those of you who don't know, there is no snowboarding allowed in Alta. One of the reasons why I love this resort so very much. 10,550 feet, vertical drop of 2020 feet, 116+ runs!

They will show you the light. Just don't come to a dead stop on the traverse or else they'll show you the back of their glove.
DRAZMarch 9, 2015If u are on a snowboard u can get here from Baldy and then hate carve ur way down under the lift
- Snowboarders are not allowed to take the lift, but if you board over from Snowbird, you can slide down the mountain.
$25 lift tickets - good for the entire mountain after 2:30pm- It's hard to say which is better, Alta vs Snowbird. I love em both!
