The WORST customer service. The gimmicks they try and sell you are all hype. Go to a company that actually takes your measurements by hand. Don't waste your time. Yelp has 27 1 star reviews out of 61.

Good vibe, nice fabrics, informative sales reps... When they ask if you want a drink, take it. It make the experience less stressful. And bring friends :)
