You ask for anything related to Housekeeping such as Towels, extra water or shampoo, these guys will get it for you in a huff without a puff. Their service is really fast and they are nice as well.Upvoted Feb 1
Perfect location for shoppers,5 mins walk to Central World & Erawan 4 face buddha,15 mins walk to Siam Paragon.Comfortable room,staff are friendly & helpful,good service.

Don OngJuly 3, 2010One of the best hotel. Good view of half the Bangkok city, excellent service, GM and staff very friendly. You don't feel like a stranger all alone in a foreign country. 5 stars. A gd recommendation- Room is great and spacious. Anyhow, he elevators to go down to Lobby can takes quite a while during peak hours.

The Promenade dining venue on the fourth floor has excellent Western food.
The service is super duper good and is near to the shopping mall that will make girls go crazy
