Amedei chocolate, known for its smooth texture and full-bodied flavor, is crafted from bean to bar in Pontedera, Tuscany by Cecilia Tessieri, the first female maître chocolatier in the world. It has received numerous awards including the Chocolate Academy of London's "Golden Bean" award four times.
