Joyous SpicerJune 17, 2016Poolside Lounge with colored lights & fully stocked bar coupled with funny, knowledgeable Sammy the Bartender, made my stay exciting, satisfying, & set a new standard of excellence!
Lots of stains on pillow! Thin walls! Breakfast was just ok. Parking is not the greatest. Pool area is beautiful especially at night. Across the street from the airport was probably the only plus!- All employees extremely friendly and helpful. Love Patrick the bartender and Kyle the valet most especially.
Make sure Patrick is working the pool bar. Great guy and loves to make surprise drinks for you!!
CharlieFebruary 21, 2015Check you're room to make sure housekeeping has cleaned it. Bed sheets were clean but the bedspread was not. Overall dust/dirt on things that should not have it.
Liz MedinaMarch 6, 2019Service is terrible. NO BOTTLED WATER. If you are thirsty drink from the sink.If you want a fork or anything really, no room service. Place looks old and dirty. This is a dirty hostel sold as hotel.
Got a good deal on travelocity. Remodeled hotel that's trying hard! Rooms are comfy but decidedly La Quinta-esq. Silly 27" TV's from a 12 year olds room in 1996. Overall ok. NOT a resort.

The breakfast buffet is pathetic and had small flies in the pastries
Yeah the customer service wasn't my fave...wifi & cellphone connection sucked! Especially on the 3rd floor
