Kat 🐱July 9, 2016Saturday 9:30am Endurance class with Trent David is amazing! Very energetic instructor, great music, and well-paced 1 hour endurance workout. I came tired, and left alive.- They provide awesome eucalyptus towels post work out, which is amazing, as well as filtered water spout if you bring water bottle.
Take a class from Jennifer Era, it's Rock & Roll meets cycle bliss. Seriously a perfect 45 min music mix every time.
