Sorry they had my car all day never called to say was ready but call two times to see if they could do more then asked! I also ask to wash car was told yes well that didn’t happened won’t be back!

Slow be willing to wait Ford needs to speed things up, my wife own a Dodge, and the Dodge dealership took less than 30 minutes for oil change and they wash her car as part of their services.
