The beef brisket was very tender. The ribs were seasoned well but not very meaty. Excellent cowboy-style brown beans. Back County's house sauce is quite sweet & spicy. Nice friendly service!

I was a little concerned; they were handling my food, and weren't wearing gloves.. I said nothing (didn't want them to spit in my food smh)!! Haha

Stick with pork ribs. Good smoke and pull. Don't put sauce. It's not great. Potato salad and hot beans not great either.

Possibly the worst BBQ in Dallas. Brisket is dry, pepper-less, and smoke-less. Beans are watery. The macaroni salad and potato salad are literally gray. And there's no sweet tea.
