- Scene is nice as always. Although now they have been more pollution due to many vehicles especially taxis. Traffic at certain times during the day. Not so cold anymore. I was even wearing summer wear!
- Coldest, highest, most culturally diverse, most romantic city in the country. Standard of living is cheap. It's an educational, financial and commercial hub of the Cordilleras.
- CITY OF PINES! Pretty good air quality and with natural resources. No need for an air con and heater. :-)
