I have no idea what that lady is talking about. The service my family received was excellent, and every request I had was happily abided by the staff. The ice cream is home made and delicious. 10/10

They don't have a bathroom which is inconvenient if you have a child that can't hold it untill you are finished your ice cream to use the ones on the boardwalk.

Only one rude person serving (owner) . She had a cold whilst scooping ice cream into a cone. Yuck!!! The cookie ice cream had icicles in it, was grainy and very watery and bland with no yumminess
