Zach HymanJanuary 20, 2014The Ethiopian Yirgacheffe is the best coffee I've had to date. Also, be sure to get a Gibraltar and take the extra shot on the side; the Gibraltar was superb, and the sidecar was incredibly flavorful.

- Beansmith is opening an Old Market location soon, which is awesome news. This shop is fantastic, just not the most convenient for me.
Try all of their coffees. I've had three different ones so far on v60 and have loved every one.- September 13 is the Grand Opening for The Lobby. All day event, raffle drawing, cupping, tastings, good parings, latte throw down in the evening
- Here is a great way to brew coffee Pour Over Brewing
- Coffee should never be stored in the refrigerator or freezer. An air tight container in a dark environment that is room temp or slightly below is best!
