Good: You can charge your phone here. Breakfast is OK. Bad: Cash only because the payment terminal is out of order. Really bad: Rediculous loud music, spoils the atmosfere.

They won't let you take extra money from a card, even when the ATM machine on this level is broken. Go to level 0 for another ATM
