Tastes are served In cupcake tins - great use for ones I don't use ;-). Quiet on a Saturday evening when lots of tasting rooms are closed.

Is foundational a word? These guys hit the mark when it comes to beer style specificity. A great contrast to the style out-of-bounds that all the other SoCal brewers strive for.

Good small brewery with tasters, pints and growlers. North side of street. Has rotating food vendors also. Open Fri 3-8, Sat 12-8 & Sun

Solid offerings, with quite a few lower ABV options. The Table Beer & Lactic (sour) Table Beer were both refreshing.
