- This neighbourhood gem offers laminated pastries, sourdough breads, and seasonal baked goods that are as good as the best. And the coffee service is tip-top. Small number of grocery items as well.Upvoted 5 days ago
- Their country loaf is served with certain dishes at Farmers Apprentice, and I love it so much I want to marry it. There are other great $6 loaves in Vancouver, but the crust on this one is the tits.
- Michelle WakeJune 8, 2014Really good latte and ham and cheese croissant! Quiet little place that's great for meeting up and having a relaxed catchup.
- They have good pastries and are popular for coffee, but it's the French country bread that brings me back time and again.
- ManilAugust 10, 2014Came in for a look one evening before catching transit and took away a small bag of meringue. Delicious. I saved (most of) them for treats.
- I have never tasted better focaccia in my life! Country loaf is also amazing, as is the baguette. Everything is good here!
- The baguettes are delicious but the country loaf is even better. On Friday, Saturday & Sunday they make their speciality, ciabatta. Divine!
- Chris StoneMarch 4, 2014Smoked Meat sandwich was very dry and the flavor is overrun by sauerkraut & little vinegar pickles. I recommend taking most of it out if you wanna taste the smoked meat.
- Come for the fresh baked bread. Stay for the sandwiches and good coffee.
