- Always impressed by B&H's expert salespeople, wide selection, free learning events and ability to see and feel equipment that exemplifies an extraordinary brick-and-mortar shopping experience.
- Closes at 2 p.m. Fridays for Shabbat!! I always forget that.
- Robert AccetturaDecember 6, 2014Helpful staff. Great place to try the latest gear. It's always accessible and powered up to play with. Be sure to keep an eye out for candy bowls. The candy is delicious.
- Some of the best stuff around, prices are pretty great, and if you can ship to NJ, no tax!
- Angel Rodriguez Jr.August 29, 2012I was told in order to get the free tote bag you have to be checked into a hotel
- Steven YAugust 7, 2014If you're shopping for a camera or any other electronics, you MUST come here and try them out in person before making a purchasing decision - nothing beats the hands-on experience and B&H's selection
- Raghu kamatDecember 26, 2011Don't sell your camera lens here. They don't have competitive rates. Try ebay or craigslist instead.
- Sean MolinDecember 26, 2014Incredibly efficient for its Soule, and exceptionally wonderful staff. Unfortunately closed for a large number of holidays, and overwhelming your first visit.
- dj justin timeAugust 8, 2014The best! No reason to deal w/Sam Ash or Guitar Center ever for Pro Audio. The staff at B&H is the friendliest, and most knowledgable group I've ever dealt with in retail. #nyc #ProAudio #dj #photo
- Lord, please watch over my wallet as I descend into the beast, for I do not need but only want thy lenses and camera bodies.
- Tristan Henry-WilsonAugust 20, 2010Don't forget the bag you checked in. NEVER FORGET the bag you checked in!
- David MarkowitzOctober 28, 2010Don't buy high end photo paper here. Got Oriental brand paper that was fogged and they wouldn't replace because it was past their policy. Been buying supplies for years. No more.
- Gabriel BustosDecember 2, 2011The foursquare promotion is not true i check in and ask and nobody knows
- Marshall PeschellMarch 17, 2013Order online this place is aweful. Wait in line to wait in more lines. Total waste of time
- Kate FurmanOctober 3, 2016Massive store with multi-levels of products, technology and accessories. Know what you want (or looking for) prior to going in. It can be overwhelming.
- Dale WatsonApril 15, 2011Ridiculously over engineered and complicated check out system. That alone would force me to shop online.
- Ignacio TorresSeptember 24, 2011This store is probably the biggest that I've ever seen. I loved the way in which it works. And take a time to see how the products arrive to the place where you pick them. Very good prices too.
- RoMarch 28, 2011Don't say no to extended warranties here immediately! At least some cover accidental damage. I saved at least $400 with one on a camera lens.
- Staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Prices are pretty good as well. Just remember to mind the hours as the store is not open on Saturdays and Jewish holidays.
- Davi RibeiroJanuary 2, 2014Just incredible! The sales people know EVERYTHING YOU NEED and the prices are ok! Don't forget to visit B&H. It's almost impossible to exit w/o buying anything!
