Great cabins, you can sleep by the fire which is one of the best thing this hotel offers. The food is nice

One bonus of the Lodge is that it’s located in Pfeiffer Big Sur State Park, which has a ton of hiking trails http://bit.ly/Zr8zjB

Reasonably-priced cabins and very cheap drive-in tent sites can be found here. If getting a cabin, ask for one with a fireplace!

Our lodge had a fire place in it, which was really nice to use at night when it got colder

This place is so dated. Location is wonderful in the park. But my thermostat didn’t work and it was freezing. They were unable to fix it in time. Showers are terrible, but I loved my skylight.

The room was very hot during the day and cool at night. Clean but a bit dated

The restaurant is slightly overpriced (as expected) but the food is surprisingly good.
