Large plates of high quality at relatively inexpensive prices. Easily the best value I've found in Zürich! Two people had meals and drinks for just over 20 CHF. The hummus plate was delicious!

This place is great. The coffee is great. The service is great. It is certainly not a copy of Bonanza. They are two different places. Try the cortado and V60.
Deserves more than 6.3 points. This coffeeshop has excellent third wave coffee and excellent sandwiches and croissant. Right up there with Bonanza, the barn, Oslo and five elephants. Booze to go also.
Best prepared (warm) salmon I ever had👏. Cookie fondant?! I didn't even know that existed and I love it!!!!!! The Hemingway cocktail was delectable. I didn't care for the fries, they were over-fried.

Piatti deliziosi, buona lista dei vini e ottima anche la pizza. Assolutamente da consigliare (ma per dolce evitate la degustazione di cioccolatini che è deludente).

Not every kiez has a paleolithic restaurant. Ancient ingredients, modern gourmet food. The Hunter Gatherer Plate is a must, with a selection of pestos with flavorful and creative ingredients.
Coffee beans roasted in house, wonderful banana cake. There's wifi but during rush hours only at the counter. They have just a couple of tables, plus extra outside seating when weather allows.
Wait for the spring and enjoy the tables really close to the canal, with the overhead willows creating a gentle shade. They offer beer, cocktails, coffee, and big servings of food.

Great food! Seafood Spetada was absolutely delish. Cozy sofas outside, you can ask to switch on the heaters if you're cold. Great service too. Tasty deserts. Definitely will come again!
