Lana FooteMarch 5, 2013The Lava Drops sushi was phenomenal, but not too thrilled with the California. The texture of the rice wasn't that great. The Publix California roll is better. Nice atmosphere- Man and Tony are the BEST chefs at Blu. Sit at the bar and prepare to have your tastebuds amazed!

Bottomless mimosas and endless lunch on a Sunday... How else do you want to spend the day?
- Sit at the sushi bar - fast service, especially at Cypress location. Ask for Tony. Sugar Mama, Japanese Bagel & Volcano are the best!
