Italian sausage is a staple in chicago, & ours is the very best. over the years we have refined our favorite Italian sausage recipe until we had sausage just like your "ma" used to make. in fact, many say that it's even better than their "ma" made (just don't tell her) . only the freshest cuts of lean pork go into our Italian sausage. our perfect blend of Italian seasonings will spice up your favorite Italian dish, or make the best Italian sausage sandwich you've ever had.

We searched the world over to find a bratwurst recipe that was good enough to put the bobak name on. Bobak bratwurst is carefully crafted fresh cuts of lean pork, & our special bratwurst seasonings. Hand crafted w/ flavor that will remind you of oktoberfest. Perfect when served w/ onions, sauerkraut, and/or a spicy brown mustard. If you prefer, saute them in your favorite beer!

What do we start w/ when we make our delicious seasoned smoked polish? Just the finest cuts of fresh pork! We add our secret blend of traditional spices & then smoke over real cherry hardwood, hence it's name in polish "kielbasa wisniowa", cherry sausage. It has a wonderful sweet smoke flavor that's simply unique.

Bobak's​ kiszka ring is perfect for that old world, authentic, traditional recipe. We brought the recipe w/ us from poland & we're making it the same way we've been making it since the beginning days. The natural casing & natural smoking process add to the old world flavor!

This sausage has a great delicious snap from the natural casing, & is fully cooked so it's fast & easy! This sausage is gluten & MSG free & has 0g trans fat!

Bobak's perfect little butt has a funny name, it's actually a hand trimmed cut from from the pork shoulder & not the other end as the name implies.
