- EbruSeptember 17, 2011A must-see restaurant in Barcelona. Paella, fish platter, crab cake. Mamma mia....
- Igor MiniailoOctober 11, 2014Not the best choice from perspective of value for money. Dishes start from 30 euros in general. Starters and water are included to the bill.
- Corbett EkonomouDecember 28, 2014Overall Botafumeiro was good. Nothing was exceptional or spectacular and the prices were high for what was served in my opinion but nice setting and ambiance.
- Igor OstrowskiMay 9, 2017probably used to be good but today it is a tourist trap. Baked scallops arrived cold, the octopus that was highly recommended by the waiter arrived lukewarm and just bland, we did not eat it.
- Chris KedMay 25, 2017Seafood platter was not fresh. Service okay but everything super rushed. After 30 seconds waiter asked if we are ready to order and kept bothered.
- Corbett EkonomouDecember 28, 2014Botafumeiro overall was good but not exceptional. The plates were tasty but nothing special in my opinion. High prices for what we got but nice setting and ambiance.
- Yacco VijnDecember 3, 2010eat at the bar and socialize with the chefs & waiters - they'll make sure you'll be fine.
- Gozde CarmikliSeptember 6, 2010Wow... Best lobster and seafood paella. And u can walk in the beautiful street after u demolish the poor thing :)
- Greg AvolaFebruary 27, 2013For foreigners - be careful - they will keep pouring wine and try to add on to your bill.
- Keith BroughtonSeptember 7, 2018Service and wine was good but the food was disappointing. For the price, in Barcelona, you will find a lot better elsewhere.
- Steven AmbroseMarch 3, 2023Fancy, crowded, frenetic, with average food. Too many staff who pay no attention.
- Anthony LauSeptember 27, 2010It is expensive and food is only so-so. I had the fish soup which was good and the seafood paella which was ok. The food was too salty for me. I'm not sure it's worth it to be honest.
