Made w/ Nielsen Massey Vanilla, our Vanilla Ice Cream is what vanilla ice cream should taste like. Our chocolate is dense & rich. In the ice cream world, it's all about butterfat & overrun. We use high butterfat base for all of our ice creams. Overrun means how much air is incorporated into ice cream. The more air incorporated into ice cream, the less dense & rich it becomes. We use very low overruns.
