- BX classes are brutal but effective. Timed circuits with bands, weights, rowers and more will leave you fully worked by the end
- B | X class was great until they changed it into a "team" format. You spend half the class "resting" but not an active recovery.
- Good organized workouts for bfit class..small lockers, bring your own lock.
