- Dan HoodAugust 11, 2013Very good hotel, but pull into the front to check in (they have a canopy for that) and take your luggage in through the back doors to avoid that long walk to the elevators that people complain about.
- Sarah LangJanuary 17, 2015We had an event for Beachbody here, Buffalo Super Saturday. It was a great space, held a lot of people, technology-friendly, and a nice space for speakers.
- Mark WenigerMay 4, 2013Get the salmon and the black truffle chips. Best thing on the menu. Great hotel. Never an issue. Don't worry about the parking. You're walking no matter what side you park on.
- Douglas SchwartzMay 12, 2013Great stay. Very accommodating I arrived on an early morning flight and they were able to give me my room at 10 am. An old guy needs a nap before a big day.
- Barbaric EricMay 2, 2012Great customer service! They even escort you to your car at night. Also, by far the most helpful front desk personnel I've ever met.
- Pretty sure you have to walk to Canada from the front desk to get to your room. Not a fun walk when you've got a dick ton of camera gear. Park in the park.
- Jason DizikDecember 1, 2011Bring your own headphones! I've never in my four years of spending 125 nights a year in hotels been charged for headphones in a gym. Good job Marriott, nothing like a newly turned off customer!
- Jerry DingJanuary 8, 2013Rooms do not have a blow dryer, bathroom vents, or a safe. However there is a fridge and coffee maker. Wifi speeds were decent @ 6mb/s down 2 up. Park in the back after you check in.
- Rich GriffinFebruary 28, 2013Head down the street to Brick House for great beer & great homestyle-ish cooking. Very cool place.
- Matt FowlerMay 12, 2017Basic business Marriott near the airport. Nothing fancy but it was clean and the staff was nice.
- Be sure to be available to answer the door when room service arrives, they won't leave the food outside.
- I choose Marriott for the curly fries so I expect curly fries!
- Michele SecorApril 13, 2011Talk with Franco, the driver. He is very polite and can tip you to the better food places. Plus, he's nice!
- Can't build rapport with people at the front desk because it's no where near the guest rooms. This is a major FAIL especially when you are a frequent guest!
- Linens where poorly presented, wrinkled, untucked. I am a faithful Marriott patron, and average about 150-200 nights per year, and this is one of the worse Marriott Brand hotels i've stayed at.
- Rajendra SinghAugust 16, 2012This hotel was rated three out of four stars when I booked. Should be more like one star. No hair dryer, no fridge, no bathroom ventilation, no safe ... All items that can be had at a cheaper hotel.
- Tired old Marriott. WiFi is slow fi. Time fir an upgrade here Bill!
- skip the lobby bar until renovations are complete. go across the street to santoras instead.
- Just about one of the worst Marriott's I've ever stayed in
