- Lisa StarbucksOctober 4, 2018Endless beaches with lots of wind during spring time. The town feels like an Australien version of Khao San Road. It can get tricky to find a place to eat.
- Marcela CoelhoFebruary 8, 2017I've just loved this place! The beach is amazing and also the atmosphere of the city at night! Definitely a must go in Australia
- Claudio AmendolagineJuly 11, 2013New Age Australia is here. Parking is free at night and you can also have free barbecue in front of the ocean on the main beach. Backpacking here is a must!
- Emma DaveySeptember 15, 2012If you head out at night and love dancing on tables & general looseness, go to cheeky monkeys. If you want a dance minus the intense atmosphere head to Cocomangas and grab a jam jar (cocktail)
- Beaches are amazing! Love the local golf course too!
- Angelo TrottaOctober 19, 2016Wow what a hit...... Busy atmosphere people quirky and normal and others....... Nice Beach.... Touristy of course.....
- Tm BoNovember 4, 2023Extremly popular with Boomers, hipsters, influencers and back packers. Very expensive compares to travel guides. $12 scooner of beer. $400+ per night for accomodation.
- Blair GlubbSeptember 4, 2011I'm not sure there are any Byron secrets anymore. But it's gorgeous nonetheless. Fave for me us Wategos Beach for sun, surf a quiet drink and a good book.
- Running into the sea like a giant child is the best cure after a heavy night...
- Angie KielNovember 3, 2013Wunderschön!! Unbedingt Sonnenaufgang sehen und zum Leuchtturm gehen! Und natürlich am Strand chillen und so weiter :)
