French breakfast served with the coffee which you see today was not always in French history. The story began in the era of King Louis XVI and his entourage during the Renaissance, where the coffee was first introduced with breakfast by the Turkish Sultan's ambassador. Breakfast in France started with simplicity of buttered baguettes dipped in dairy until the early 20th century when grandmothers began preparing the lost bread breakfast (French toast). Between the touches of both traditionalism and modernism, we offer you our petit dejeuner français.
