This is one of my favorite fun restaurants in Orlando. The wine selections are so so. The mixed drinks are honest. Try the margarita with halepeno pepper & celantro.
Ask for Ryan at the bar...he's AMAZING! Also, if you're sitting in the dining room, ask for Curtis. He also rocks! No one buy the John Lennon piece because I want it! :)
Loved this place! We liked the following: roasted pears on pecan crisps, the Mandarin pork dumplings, Bang Bang shrimp and passion fruitsangrias. The bar's Washington Apples were good too!
Envision a crafts fair, block party, tapas bar and art gallery crammed into one space. Painters paint, musicians stroll, flamenco dancers undulate. Keep ordering exotic hors d’oeuvres until you’re ful
The creme brûlée was cold & the beer list was out of date, they brought me a doppelbock instead of the IPA I ordered, but they brought me a dif beer & the Mac & cheese was so amazing I'll over look both
Whoa!... had a great round of Tapas, each one better than the other, Sopa de Leon? A MUST... Chikin' Ropa Vieja? Jerk? AMAZING! and a Tucher Dunkel? CELESTIAL! International Drive's Best Stop, yeah!
Be careful when ordering. Not all dishes ordered are tapas sized. Some items on the menu come on large plates. Confirm before ordering and having lots of take home containers. All food was very yummy!
Alligator jambalaya was crap -tasted more like bolognese. The duckquesadillas were all fennel, no duck. Again, crap. But - the Asian steak skewers, seafoodskewers and ribs were all very good.
Go to the bar and ask for Ryan. He'll help you select the perfect drink, let you sample wines based upon your personal tastes, and won't stop until you've found your own form of perfection :)btw, his
Fun atmosphere but it's too pricey. It's basically a restaurant selling tiny appetizers at entrée prices. There are plenty of restaurants on International Drive where you won't walkout hungry
If you want to converse with your table-mates, be in and out before 7ish. That's when the crazy people come out (ie the singers, dancers, crazy loudmusic that you can't hear ANYTHING over)
Food was good. Be sure to get the lamb chops and if you like spice be sure to try a cup of the black bean soup. Service was slow though. We waited 15 minutes before the waitress finally greeted us.
