- Staff are consistently awful-too busy shoving u off to other departments than actually helping. Help yourself: ask the customer who looks like s/he knows. S/he probably does.
- The Motor team is pretty good but as for the rest of the store don't know what went wrong there, queensway location team are great and knowledgeable
- Other shoppers ask me for advice/help every time I shop here. Without fail. When you can't find staff - ask another customer who looks knowledgeable.

- Staff on the phone not very friendly. Poor customer service.
- Avoid the snotty snooki wannabes in the yoga pants and salt stained uggs. Useless!
