Alyssa YeagerJune 5, 2010Not just vegetarian, this restaurant is entirely vegan. Surprise! You would never know that the cheese on the fab Tuscan Seitan Parmesan Sandwich is not dairy cheese, or that the seitan is not meat.
Definitely order the Carrot Cake if they have it. The Indian Plate special is always a safe choice.
This is one of the best vegetarian restaurants in America. Great cookbook too.
