The one thing you never have to worry about at Cane Island is the grass getting longer than an inch and a half. Daily 7am wake-up service from weed whacker and leaf blower guy. A++

Don't be a moron and take 2 parking spaces. If you don't want someone to hit your car go park in the corner.
Great place to live. Close to all the attractions and fun.
