All the lobsters we serve are caught locally off the Shores of the York's. Upon delivery by our local "lobsterman", our lobsters are stored in our Salt Water Tanks, providing to you, the freshest lobster possible. Sizes vary based on the Catch of the Day-Twin Lobsters will be available "In Season". When considering lobster sizes a 1 1/4LB Soft Shell lobster will, on average, equal 2.5 to 3 ounces of fresh picked lobster meat. Hard Shells generally average just over 3 ounces per pound. If interested in a large "Select" lobster, Please Ask Your Server.
