Roaster's comments: organic carmel foglifter is cvcrc's signature blend that we have been proudly roasting for over sixteen years. It is a vibrant blend of several different coffees from latin america & we seasonally fine tune the blend ratios so every time you brew it, you will experience an enjoyable cup of coffee. Every sip will bring sunshine to your day!

Roasters comments: we set out to make this a super-delicious blend of coffees from many of the world’s best coffee growing regions. We combined coffee from indonesia, south africa, central america & south america. Some of the coffee is roasted french (dark) & some of it is roasted full-city (medium) . Basically, we took the single origin coffees we like to drink & just started blending until we found the perfect balance. This coffee is smooth & just plain good!

Roaster'’s comments: organic palo colorado espresso is my personal blend. If you like an exotic nuance full of body, bright, & flavorful, this is your espresso. But don’t stop there, you can brew it in a traditional coffee brewer or brew it in a french press. It is very versatile! People who know me always ask for blanche’s blend!

Roaster'’s comments: hailing from the indonesian island of sumatra, these beans are considered to be amongst the regions finest. This coffee is a staple in our five coffeehouses because sumatra is famously smooth & rich w/ an earthy & chocolaty flavor. It is ideal as an all day drinking coffee due to low acidity.

Roaster’s comments: the chiapas region of mexico is right on the border of guatemala's huehuetenango region, so the coffees share some similar traits. While it is mainly a mild, medium coffee, it has the fruity & nutty flavor notes associated w/ the region, w/ some hints of clove & earthiness. The acidity is bright, but not over powering, & the aroma is delicate & fresh.

It is a vibrant blend of several different coffees from latin america & we seasonally fine tune the blend ratios so every time you brew it, you will experience an enjoyable cup of coffee.
