The pig's ass sandwich is ridiculously delicious - once you get past the unappetizing name. Think of it as an upscale Cuban with pork shoulder and no ham.
Make sure you know what kind of wine you like, the server had a little 'tude' when we asked her to make suggestions. Also be prepared to switch seats a lot. They asked us to move twice. Frustrating!
At Casellula, get the chistorras and smoked goose breast. Indulge in the "Barely Buzzed", cow's milk cheese rubbed with coffee & lavender. Marvel at awesome cheese accompaniments. No nuts/grapes here.
