Because bar. I don't care if the word cafe is in the name. Also, stick to drinking bottled beer - everything else is suspect at best.

Eileen DaleyOctober 19, 2010The food ranges from mediocre to bad. The shrimp cocktail was literally 6 tasteless shrimp unceremoniously dumped on a plate with cole slaw. I don't recommend.
