Complimentary drink of your choice when you check in, access to the executive lounge (depending on your room type), room was more than I expected, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.
The sticky toffee cooler and the Belgian chocolate cooler are amazing - so is the iced peach lemonade.
They have gluten free breads if you ask for them. Try the goats cheese and bacon bagel with pine nuts!
