Ses agrûmes et son blé explosent en entrée de bouche. Le couple roucoule de douceurs qui caressent notre palais. La fraîcheur désaltérante du citron et de la coriandre s'endort très lentement en arrière-goût.
Couleur café noire (5%)
Derrière sa robe noire, elle offre un concerto de 10 malts, jouant la symphonie de la torréfaction: café, chocolat noir, et toast brulée valsent sous notre palais. L’écho de cette harmonie résonne longtemps après avoir avalé. Cette porter est une salutation distinguée aux porteurs de Londres, pour qui le style a été inventé au 19e siècle.
IPA, Côte ouest américaine (7%)
Cette bière cuivrée s’empare de nos papilles dès qu’elle allonge son corps sous notre palais. Le houblon de caractère Amarillo tient la main délicate du Citra tatouant un paysage champêtre d’une amertume élégante. Une grande bière de caractère.
La fable blonde (5%)
Bière ronde et veloutée qui fait valser 5 céréales dorées par le soleil. Elle dévoile une oeuvre tissée de leurs douceurs. Elles s’évanouissent paresseusement en arrière-goût, en pur bonheur. Voici un hommage aux élégantes bières blondes bavaroises, dites « helles », mais fermentée par une levure de Cologne.
Bonnie Parker rousse (5%)
Rousse scintillante, son nez de caramel est très séduisant. Elle se démarque par sa grande douceur de caramel issue de ses malts cristal. Dans le confort de notre arrière-goût, elle dévoile un vent de fraicheur houblonné, enjolivé d’une délicate amertume.

A beautiful red beer IPA, using a method developed in the American East Coast. A barley sugar and hops flavoured beer ending in a nice bitterness.
Road Trip Simcoe-Amarillo (8%)
This is the second of the Road Trip series, an Imperial IPA saturated with American hops. The process begins with the boiling of a mixture of Simcoe hops Amarillo-Centennial-Calypso Cascade. Then we add Hop-Back Centennial hops at full capacity and we end with a Simcoe and Amarillo hops. Quite a Road Trip!
