Priority security is a joke - it takes longer than regular security. Midway please fix.

WORST Hertz counter in the nation. They never have cars ready on time, they're rude and their cars aren't clean. Even if you're a Gold member, skip it and rent from someone -- ANYONE -- else.
Arrive at least 2 hours before a Monday morning flight to compensate for the horribly managed security lines.
Welcome to Chi City! While you're at Midway, be sure to grab a sammich at the glorious Potbelly Sandwich Shop. Eat like a local and load up with the hot peppers.
