Bad service. 1st the waitress didn't get the right appetizer & she said well everyone else was ordering this other. Trying to pay her to get out & she was busy talking w/ coworkers. #disappointed

The service in the Chili'z to go is very slow. Order at least 45 minutes ahead.

Spoke to manager who said Chili's corporate removed their grill. All red meat is cooked on flat stovetop. Just doesn't taste the same.

Service sucks I went here and waited 15min never got served. I notified a waiter that we hadn't been served and they still never served me.
