I would say this is the best chili's in the valley
The service in the Chili'z to go is very slow. Order at least 45 minutes ahead.- Spoke to manager who said Chili's corporate removed their grill. All red meat is cooked on flat stovetop. Just doesn't taste the same.
Service is rarely good. Need to get a manager who can keep things moving.
Service sucks I went here and waited 15min never got served. I notified a waiter that we hadn't been served and they still never served me.
Worst service ever. Waited 50 minutes to get our food. Ruined the evening.
The service here is horrible and i found a bug in my tea!
