No one to greet at the entrance and seat us…. waited 10 minutes before leaving. Employees saw us and never came to ask if we needed anything. 3 PM on a Monday 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️

Horrible burger was under cooked and they didn't have onion rings. They still messed my egg up on the second try and he manager didn't even apologize. Never eating at this chilis again!!!

Texas cheese fries or whatever they're called - cool. Service - not so cool. Rude waitress, had to return a meal, added money for playing games which we didn't do... Not impressed.

Worst Chillis experience I've had to date. Queso was horrible, forgot overpriced shrimp, buffalo chicken salad was not crispy, but mushy, and my daughters birthday they didn't do anything for.

Food was mediocre at best. Service from our waitress (Monique S.) was great though. Her service was the only saving grace.
